Salsa

4 - 5 medium tomatoes, peeled or 1 large can whole tomatoes
1 small can green chilis
1 small jar jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste)
3 green onions
1 clove garlic
fresh cilantro (10-15 stems, just use leaves)

Throw it all in the food processor. Hit pulse 1 - 2 times to keep mixture chunky.
