2 jars (6-oz each) marinated artichoke hearts
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°.
Squeeze moisture from spinach.
Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Spoon into small casserole and bake for 20-25 min.
Serve with mini breads, chips or fresh vegetables.
